Mauro and his team are the BEST! They have been so helpful from emergencies to updates. They are prompt, clean, considerate, knowledgeable, and great with dogs! I recommend the over and over!

Mauro and his crew are excellent to work with. Mauro is very knowledgeable and creative . He always solves any problem in a way that benefits me. Most electricians are slobs , Mauro's guys are great about cleaning up when they're done. I would recommend him for any electrical project.
I can't speak highly enough of Mauro and the team at Cognati Electric. After being let down by another electrician, I reached out to them for a fairly large job. Mauro was quick to accommodate me and got everything scheduled right away. What really stood out was the excellent communication and how friendly and professional Mauro and his crew were throughout the process. I won’t be using anyone else for electrical work!
My wife and I are first-time home buyers and need a decent amount of electrical work done. I called Mauro with a question about replacing a faulty wire that ran from our house to a detached garage. Mauro came out the very next day to scope out the job, got me a reasonable quote the next morning and was able to return within four days to do all the work. It was impressive watching him and his team work. In about six hours they were able to remove the cable that was originally there, attach conduit piping up the side of our house, run the new cable and connect everything. Mauro was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the whole process. While he was on site I showed him a few other smaller jobs I wanted done -- rewiring a light switch, replacing an outlet, etc. He quoted me a price on the spot and we connected via email later to schedule a time for him to return. Overall, Mauro and his team did a great job and I'll definitely be calling on him for future electrical work! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Very reasonable and honest company. Puts their customers wants and needs 1st. 10/10 recommend to anyone that is looking for renovations. From replacing light fixtures all the way to additions / remodels. On top of that, communication from contractor to customer is fantastic. They let me know what was going on every step of the way and kept me updated. 0 complaints, all I have to say is great work, thank you and I would 100% recommend to any one!

Couldn't be any happier with Mauro and the team! Their communication and professionalism stands totally head and shoulders above others I've tried to work with! I've given them a variety of jobs at this point, and will continue to do so. They had to really fight to install 4 ecobee thermostats for me in a 100 year old apartment building with strange ceilings, but they were very very kind about it and got the job done! These guys really bailed me out! I watched a little too much TV and thought I could do some DIY electrical work.. big mistake. I knew I was in trouble as the sun was setting, because there was no way I was going to be able to turn the lights on. I took a group of switches apart before I labeled the wires, and realized after the mistake I had made. Cognati had the lights on by the time the old lady knew what I was up to. Can’t ask for more than that

I called Cognati Electric and Mauro came right out the next day. I bought a new frig, needed my outlet upgraded and grounded. He showed up early, was a pleasure to chat with and finished the job in no time at a very reasonable price. He even guaranteed his work. I would definitely recommend him and will be calling him for any future electric needs.
